Social Events

The Social Events program is a vital and unique program that allows the people of God to come together to have great fun family and fellowship.  This program coordinates outings that require specific sets of skills for events indoors and outdoors for the Light of Faith family and guest.  Come Join Us! Hospitality

The program that has been engineered by God is one that provides nourishment and resources to the local community.  With people of God who love to serve and minister meals and care packages filled with love, the Hospitality program is a staple of who Light of Faith is and what we mean to the community.  Come Join Us!

Calendar : Praise & Worship Rehearsal

On the 2nd and 4th Sunday following the morning worship service of every month the Praise & Worship Team will rehearse using the  main Sanctuary. Also, every Sunday morning between 8:30 and 9:15am.

 This is a members only rehearsal. Auditions are available for scheduling.  The general requirements for this ministry are found in the  Ministry of Helps Manual if you are interested in joining. 

As a courtesy, please exit the main sanctuary or please sit quietly during their time of rehearsal. Contact the the Minister of Music for more information.

Confession

I am a capable, victorious woman of incredible worth! I am the daughter of the Most High God. Therefore, there is nothing for me to fear, I have no condemnation (nothing to be ashamed of). For I have been forgiven!

The Vision:

We exist to help women build an intimate relationship with God that will transform their lives and the lives of those wherewith they come in contact. Building this intimate relationship with God will cause us to come to an understanding of our true worth! We learn to esteem ourselves the way that God esteems us which in turns give us insight into how to function efficiently as a woman, mother, daughter, and wife.

Soldiers for Christ (K-5 grade)

Our Children's Ministry, Soldiers 4 Christ, is the perfect opportunity to teach children the Word of God while service is in progress in the main sanctuary. We use a creative and innovative way to minister to the needs of the children at their level of understanding; thus, equipping them for all aspect of ministries.

Marriage of Purpose & Power (MOPP)

Foundational Scripture:

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:4-8).

Marriage of Purpose and Power (MOPP) is a unique ministry of Light of Faith Christian Center.  MOPP is a ministry engineered by God to bring revelation information to empower current and future husbands and wives to clean or MOPP their marital foundation and cultivate a marriage of purpose and power. 

In a practical, simple, and unconventional method lead by the Spirit of the Lord, Pastor and First Lady Sears have been anointed for this ministry and bring out the revelation on how marriages need to experience purpose and power.

Renovated Men

Renovated Men are men that come together with the understanding that Christ has renovated their lives, and they strive to ensure a loving, sharing, and imparting environment is established so Christ can renovate the lives of other men.

Gate Keepers

The Gate Keeper department are the Ushers at Light of Faith Christian Center. Our Ushers are physically and spritually protecting the Gates while simultaneously attending to the needs of God's people.  This team functions on one accord with the excellence that is required of a servant in the house of the Lord.  With a team work concept, our Gate Keepers are maximizing the flow of ministry, displaying the love of Christ, and ushering in the move of the Holy Spirit.
